It is not necessary to go to the gym to stay fit




In current generation and lifestyle it is very hard to dream about the healthy body. To be healthy it is necessary to follow healthy lifestyle and eat nutritious diet. In current time we can see that people move towards gym for healthy body. But, It is not necessary to go gym for healthy body. Today we will discuss about some things which is very good for our health and it makes our body fit and healthy without going gym. Let's Start:

1) Walk everyday: Most of the people do not like walking but still we have to do it every day. Walking is the easiest exercise ever. Walking everyday in morning and evening is really very good for health. One of the benefits of routine walking is that it can help you control your weight. Walking regularly is especially helpful if you are overweight or living with arthritis. By walking at a slower pace, you minimize the stress on your knees, ankles, hips, and lower back.

2) Use stairs more: If you are using lift everywhere then stop it and start using stairs. We are using lift at office and also at the home and now we are used to with it. But doing this regularly is like dependency of machine(it is also happened with us in case of mobile phone). So now you decide to use stair whenever and wherever it is not necessary.

3) Use Bicycle: If you are not going gym then use bicycle. It is the best workout for body. It helps in blood pressure, joints pain and also help in stress removing. So, we have to use it regularly. This will also helps in muscle strengthening and energy boosting.

4) Yoga exercise: To be healthy indian people are using yoga from last hundreds of years. Today's new generation think that gym is everything but that is not true. Yoga exercise helps in mental and physical both the level amazingly. There are so many different types of positions(Yogasan) in yoga which is good for stomach and weight control. We have to do it regularly at least 10 to 15 minutes.

5) Know what to eat: If you are going gym or not you always need to know what to eat and when to eat. Because some food harm our body if we consume it after sunset. Specifically sour or acetic food. It can also cause skin problems. Do not eat antagonistic nature food alongside.

All this things are very effective for working persons as well as for children.
